Actually only once the software started reading the radio and stopped at 4%.
after that there is no chance to have the connection made

I'm encountering a big problem.

I have an HD1 GPS, suddenly there is no way I can have the connection with the software or the firmware update working.
It always give connection error and I don;t know what to do.

The serial port is visible in windows.

Any chance to have a support? Could be possible that the cable is suddenly not working? How to test it?

What is the procedure to reset the radio from the keyboard? Maybe it could help?
