RETEVIS Ailunce H1 Call Log Guide: How to View Outgoing, Incoming & Missed Calls

The RETEVIS Ailunce H1 has a built-in call log feature that stores your private call history. Use it to review who you talked to and when.

Important: This feature works only in digital mode. Before you proceed, confirm that you set your radio to digital mode and that you programmed at least one contact.

This guide explains the three types of call records on the RETEVIS Ailunce H1. It shows how to set a transmit contact. It also explains what information appears in each log entry.

What the Call Log Does

The call log saves records of your private calls. It does not record group calls — only private one-to-one calls.

Three Record Types

The log organizes calls into three categories:

1. Outgoing — Calls you initiated

2. Incoming — Calls you received and answered

3. Missed — Calls you received but did not answer

Set a Transmit Contact

Before you make calls and generate log entries, set a transmit contact. This tells the radio which contact to call when you press PTT.

Two methods are available.

Method 1: Through Contact Details

1. Press Menu → go to Contact → select Contact List

2. Select the contact you want to use (example: HD2)

3. The screen shows full contact details: name, ID, call sign, city, and country

4. To modify these details, select Edit and make changes

5. Select Set as transmit contact

6. Press Confirm

Method 2: Quick Method

1. Return to the main screen

2. Open Contact List

3. Select the target contact

4. Select Set as transmitting contact

5. Press Confirm

Both methods produce the same result. The quick method uses fewer button presses.

How Each Call Type Appears in the Log

Outgoing Calls

When you press PTT and call another radio, the call appears in the Outgoing list.

Missed Calls

When another radio calls your RETEVIS Ailunce H1 and you do not answer, the call appears in the Missed list only.

Missed calls do not appear in the Incoming list.

Incoming Calls

When another radio calls your RETEVIS Ailunce H1 and you answer, the call appears in the Incoming list.

What Information Each Entry Contains

Each entry in the RETEVIS Ailunce H1 call log shows more than just a radio ID.

When a contact is fully programmed, each record displays:

• Name — Saved contact name

• Call sign — Ham radio call sign

• Radio ID — DMR ID number

• City and Country — Location data (if entered)

The amount of detail depends on how much information you entered when programming the contact. A contact with only an ID will show only an ID in the log.
