Ailunce HD1 Remote Kill and Wake Up Function

We always hear the remote kill and wake-up functions, how they work?

Under remote kill function, one can neither hear(receiving signals), nor transmitting. Some of our customers say they never use remote kill function on their DMR radio. Because they do not want anyone to kill them whether it is intentional or unintentional. HD1 remote kill function will give you more choice, you can operate through software to choose remote kill or not.

How to do refuse anyone remote kill your HD1?

If you don't want anyone to kill your HD1. Should make sure no remote kill function on your HD1. Open the HD1 programming software -> Setting. Do not check "Accept Radio Kill Cmd" and "Accept Radio Wakeup Cmd". Then anyone can't kill your radio.

How to do to remote kill other radios?

Make sure you two can communicate with each other and have checked "Accept Radio Kill Cmd" and "Accept Radio Wakeup Cmd" on HD1 software. then we can use another HD1 to remote kill or wake up this radio.

MENU -> Contacts -> Manual Dial -> write the radio ID you will remote kill -> select the Radio Kill. If you want to wake-up the killed radio, MENU -> Contacts -> Manual Dial -> write the radio ID you will wake-up -> select the Wake Up.

If you don't know who remote kill your radio. and now you can't use it, it always shows Killed. You only just to connect the radio to the computer with the programming cable. Read the data, then write again. The radio will come back.
